1. Collection of Working Details
The Committee is planning to have a collection of significant working details. These details will be compiled as a publication from PAM. The compilation will be in one theme such as commercial buildings, adaptive reuse and mass housing. A request for working details from all Members will be published in the next issue of Berita Akitek as well as in the website. The Committee will also write letters to prominent architects for their significant working details. The Committee is also planning to invite the speakers for the Evening Lecture Series to contribute some of their working details for publication in the future.

2. Books Contribution
The RC has received the contribution of Encyclopedia of Town & Country Planning Law and Administration from the Federal Department of Town & Country Planning. The encyclopedia is now available to all RC users for reference.

3. Planning Guideline from Local Councils

The RC is still collecting the Planning Guidelines from all Local Councils in Selangor and Federal Territory.

4. Book Sale
The book sale for the month of June is RM 5 479.05. Total sales from August 2003 till
3 July 2004 is RM 47 491.20. PAM earns 5 percent of the value of the sales, that is
RM 2 374.60.
