1. List of Publisher
RC has prepared list of publishers and book suppliers for its reference and guidance in purchasing books and other information resources in the future. The list will also be used for PAM Members recommending any book for RC collection.


2. The Late Ar Dato Kington Loo Collection
RC has shelved the entire 51 books contribution from the family of the Late Dato' Kington Loo. The books have been placed under one section called 'Dato' Kington Loo Collection' and can be used as reference.


3. Acquiring Structure Plan from Local Authorities

RC is still in process of acquiring Structure Plan from some Local Authorities in Selangor and Putrajaya.


4. Book Sale
The book sale for the month of March and April is RM 5 149.30 and RM 7 704.15 respectively. Total sales from August 2003 till end of April 2004 is RM 42 012.15. PAM earns 5 percent of the value of the sales, that is RM 2 100.60. The Committee is planning to use the money to purchase several related Malaysian Standard, Books and Multimedia resources such as CD-ROM and video tape.
