1. Collection of Town Council Structured Plan
The RC to collect several Town Council Structured Plans started from Town Councils in Selangor such as MPPJ and MPSA.

2. List of Publisher
The Committee is planning to have a list of publisher from several books supplier. The list will be used for reference when the RC to purchase books for its collection.

3. Books Donation
RC has received 51 titles of books donation from the family of the Late Dato' Kington Loo. The books will be placed under one section called 'Dato' Kington Loo Collection.' The donation will be acknowledged in the next issue of Berita Akitek.

4. Mailing List in Local Authorities
The RC will apply from Local Authorities to be included in their mailing lists. The RC is also planning to acquire some important Guidelines & Policy Pertaining to Submission of Plans from these Local Authorities.

5. Book Sale
The book sale for the month of February and 6 March is RM 5 258.00 and RM 3 621.30 respectively. Total sales from August 2003 till 6 March 2004 is RM 32 780.00. PAM earns 5 percent of the value of the sales, that is RM 1 639.00.
