1. RC Master Plan
The committee has drafted new RC Master Plan.

2. Books Review in Architecture Malaysia
The Committee suggested that there is a permanent column
for Books Review. The Review will be provided by the Committee
Members.

3. Images from Architecture Malaysia
The Committee is planning to collect all digital images
from previous Architecture Malaysia. These images will be
catalogued and arranged for the PAM Members to access them
in digital format.

4. Books Donation
A note asking for Members to donate books for the RC will
be appeared in next issue of Berita Akitek.
ACTION: For Council's information
5. List of Publisher
RC to collect list of local & foreign publishers. Their
book catalogs will also be collected and send to Committee
Members for them to suggest any book to purchase.

6. Mailing List in Local Authorities
The RC will apply from Local Authorities to be included
in their mailing lists. The RC is also planning to acquire
some important Guidelines & Policy Pertaining to Submission
of Plans from these Local Authorities.

7. Book Sale
The book sale for the month of December is RM 2 863.65.
Total sales from August 2003 till December 2003 is RM 11
762.40. PAM earns 5 percent of the value of the sales, that
is RM 588.00
