PROGRESS: The Chairman reported that a vendor had been confirmed and that PAM would be sending out the standard format to members as soon as it is ready.

3. Other Projects
Group tour to Macau for Arcasia Meeting in November 2004. The Chairman said that the trip would be organized by Ms Fay Cheah. The estimated cost is RM 3000.00 plus. All the Committee members present could not make it. Chairman to ask Fay to email members about this.

3.1 Other book projects suggested by members were:
The Chairman informed that since it is difficult for committee members to contribute to the book projects, the Chairman suggested at the moment the Committee to complete the following projects only:

Klang Valley Directory of Architecture (Ar. Jasmeet to coordinate the compilation of list of buildings) - Committee Members to submit names of Building to Jasmeet.
Local Details -Ar. Tan Eng Kien volunteered to do this project.

The following book projects will be put on hold until the above book projects have been completed.
Buildings designed by JKR - The committee suggested that Ar. Lee Chor Wah to do this project
Old School Buildings - The committee suggested that Ar. Jasmeet Sidhu to do this project.
Old Cinemas - Open to interested members.
Bungalows of the 60's and 70's. - Open to interested members.


3.2. The Chairman reported that the Resource Centre Committee's has agreed to work together with Ar. Jimmy Lim to publish on details of CSL's houses.

Next Committee Meeting 6 pm, Friday 3December 2004.
