Ooi Say Kow wrote to PAM
to request:
1. Approved plan by MPPP pertaining the so said 'changes'
or 'amendments' to the parapet wall by Dr. Wong Fook
Keong Engineers Associates of which Chong Kum Kwan
Architect should have submitted to MPPP for the CF.
PAM had replied that he could purchase a copy of the
plans from MPPP or from M/S Chong Kum Kwan Architect
or Dr. Wong Fook Keong Engineers Associates.
2. A list of alleged ambiguities pertaining the professional
plans that he viewed only Chong Kum Kwan Architect could
verify.

PAM to write standard letter to the Developer and
Architect for comments, and copy letter to Ooi Say
Kow.

Requested for opinion on
the enclosed photographs and video about a defect in
the building design (Lee Huat Plastics Industries Sdn
Bhd) which caused severe flooding of the office floor.
He requested for PAM to find solution since the problem
was still not resolved after repeated repairs.

is not in position to give opinion and advise Cliff
to verify with related party. Alternatively, he can
seek legal opinion from legal adviser or employ a Professional
Consultant. |

Bought a retail shop at Park Avenue, Damansara
from Medan Prestasi Bhd (a subsidiary of MK Land
Bhd). He needs interpretation on words "placed
in position" as stated in item 2(d) because
he thinks that both architect and developer are
taking their interpretation to the words was too
far.

The company are complained that Hilmi
Faridah Architects Sdn Bhd had not made the long overdue
payment to them for the supply, delivery and installation
of aluminium wood-coated windows and doors for the proposed
bungalow at Section 7, Shah Alam eventhough they had
sent many reminder. The company appealed PAM to investigate
this matter and to take the appropriate actions.
