PAM received cc letter from
Mr Ooi to the Architect asking for a true certified
copy of Professional Certificate(s) to their banker
- Standard Chartered Bank Bhd, as the previous Professional
Certificate(s) was not clear.
Submit comments pertaining to the discrepancies on
plans done by the professional architect for PAM's
investigation and appropriate action.
He regrets PAM has neglected his letters dated 18
June 2004 and 26 July 2004. He said the complaint
has nothing to do with the contract and legal matters.

As the matter is before the
Court, it would be subjudisive to deliberate on this
matter. After the Court has ruled on it and if you still
want to pursue the matter, you may refer to LAM (Board
of Architects) which is the statutory body responsible
for regulating the practice of architecture in Malaysia.
