1. Practice Notes
a. Stage Completion
The Committee enquired about the status of the Stage Completion Pro-forma, whether PAM could proceed to distribute to members or LAM to issue. To raise again at Council meeting
ACTION: To raise the matter at Council.

b. Safety on Site
KIV until June 2004. Ar Chee Soo Teng and Ar Eric Gan still volunteered to work on the Practice Notes for Safety on Site.

2. Minor Works Contract
Mr Low Khian Seng had commented on the Minor Works Contract. Ar ST Chee shall call a meeting to work on the draft based on his comments. A copy of the draft and the Singapore Institute of Architect's Minor Works Contract to be passed to Ar Jerry Sum, Ar Jonathan Lai and Ar ST Chee.

3. CIDB Master Plan for Safety and Health in Construction
Ar Tan Kim Yan reported that the master plan was adopted based on UK and Australia model. It is applicable only for projects where local authorities are not enforcing the safety and health regulations.

4. CIDB Jawatankuasa Teknikal Standard Perumahan (TCI)
Ar Joseph Tan reported that the 2nd meeting of the Technical Committee was held the week before and committee was revising the technical standards and housing standards for low-cost landed properties and apartments. For CIS4, the Committee was planning for a 3-day retreat to work on the standards. PAM to consider having a housing policy.

5. Topics for CPD
The following topics, dates and speakers were confirmed:
i. 12 June - Housing Development Act (Chee Soo Teng)
ii. Date to be confirmed subject to publication of the 2004 Form - Extension of Time based on PAM Contract 2004 Revision (Jerry Sum))
iii. 19 June - Contract Administration (Jonathan Lai)
iv. 17 July - The Pitfalls in Practice from Appointment to Final Certificate (Jerry Sum)
ACTION: To forward above information to CPD Committee.

6. Architects Meet the Public Session
The meeting agreed that a guideline is required for the Architects Meet the Public Sessions and gave comments to be included in the guidelines.
ACTION: Zarina to draft the guidelines based on Committee's comments.

The meeting agreed to write to the CPD Seminar and Workshop Committee to write to LAM to request for CPD points for members who participated in the sessions.
ACTION: To raise the matter at Council.
