1.0 Matter of Vacant Possession
Puan Yati from Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) had contacted
PAM to get clarification on the "stage" and the
banks we were referring to in the letter to BNM. The "stage"
referred to was Stage 3 and we do not know which banks because
the developers never informed us which banks requested for
VP certificate. BNM also informed us that the LAM Circular
4/2003 had been circulated to all banks and all banks had
been informed of our request.
2.0 Complaints and Queries
The committee answered 12 general queries and complaints
received from members of the public .(please see Appendix
for summary of queries and complaints).

4.0 Other matters
4.1 Topics for CPD .
The Committee would inform the CPD Seminar & Workshop
Committee who would be presenting the topics of the Practice
module in due course.
4.2 Architects Meet the Public Session
The meeting agreed that a guideline is required for the
Architects Meet the Public Sessions and gave comments to
be included in the guidelines.
The meeting agreed to write to the CPD Seminar and Workshop
Committee to write to LAM to request for CPD points for
members who participated in the sessions.
ACTION: Zorina to draft a guideline based on the comments.
