1.Practice Notes Stage Completion
The Committee had drafted the Stage Completion Certification
pro-forma as a guide for members. The Stage 3 is drafted
based on the gazetted Housing Development Act. Council had
proposed to obtain a legal opinion, as there was a discrepancy
in the Act and Regulations. The Committee agreed on a final
draft and shall distribute for comments before printing
and distribution to members (please refer to enclosed draft).

2.Matter of Vacant Possession
The Committee has written to the Institution of Banks to
clarify on the matter of vacant possession and enclosed
a copy of PAM's certification guidelines.

3.Internal Sanitary Bylaws Working Group
Ar Joseph Tan reported that the draft of the bylaws is in
the final stage and should be ready for comments by the
relevant parties by the end of the month.

4.Nomination of Official and Alternate Representative
The Committee agreed for the following representatives to
