1. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS

i) New Applications

ii) Reinstatement of PAM Graduate Member
Ho Khee Ngee, Francis (G 657) w.e.f. 1 January 2001
ACTION: For Council's approval. Secretariat to follow up.

2. ACTIVITIES 2004-2005
i) PAM Members'Night 2005
- The committee proposed that the 2005 PAM Members' Night be held on Friday 25 February 2005 to co-incide with the February Council meeting.

The proposed venues were as follows:
i) Saloma Bistro
ii) Kelab Golf Perkhidmatan Awam
iii) Royal Lake Club
The committee also proposed the theme for the nite as follows:
i) 'Horror Night' or ii) 'Sports Fanatic Night'
The programme for the evening will also include a karaoke competition, a demonstration show and lucky draw.
ACTION: For Council's approval. Secretariat to follow up.

ii) Building Industry Dinner 2005
The committee proposed that the 2005 Building Industry Dinner be held on Friday 24 June 2005 to co-incide with the June Council meeting.
The proposed venue for the Dinner was Hilton KL Sentral.

iii) PAM Annual Dinner 2005
The 2005 PAM Annual Dinner has been confirmed for Saturday 10 September 2005. The venue for the Dinner will be the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
The committee proposed that YAB Data' Sen Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Prime Minister be invited as the Guest-of-Honour for next year's Dinner.
The committee as proposed that PAM confers the Honorary Membership to YAB Dato' Seri, which will be presented to him during the PAM Annual Dinner.
ACTION: For Council's approval. Secretariat to follow up.

3. COMPETITIONS & AWARDS 2005

i) PAM Membership Golf 2005
The committee proposed that a PAM Membership Golf be organised on 26 February 2005, a day after the PAM Members' Night.The venue for the competition will be decided later. ACTION: For Council's approval. Secretariat to follow up.

ii) PAM-MIP Challenge Trophy (Golf)
The committee proposed a friendly Golf Tounament be organised with MIP, to foster better fellowship between PAM and MIP members.
This annual tournament, which will be on a rotation basis is proposed for 20 March 2004 at the Kota Permai Golf & Country Club.
ACTION: For Council's approval. Secretariat to follow up.

iii) PAM Golf 2005
The committee proposed that the PAM Golf 2005 be held sometime in May 2005.
The committee requests Council to decide whether next year competition will also be organised for charity purposes.
ACTION: For Council's approval. Secretariat to follow up.

iv) PAM-BIM-ISM-IEM Triangular Golf Tournament
The committee proposed an annual PAM-BIM-ISM-IEM Golf Tournament, be organized towards end September 2004.
The committee proposed a trophy for this tournament, which will be named the Prime Minister's Challenge Trophy, and will be held annually on a rotation basis.
