1.0 ONE STOP CENTRE (OSC) FOR BUILDING PLANS APPROVAL & CERTIFICATE OF FITNESS FOR OCCUPATION
Workshop on "The Role & Responsibility of Consultants in the Implementation of OSC" organised jointly with Local Government Department (]abatan Kerajaan Tempatan, JKT) would be held on 29 May 2004. The President requested for the summary of proceedings to be forwarded to Dato' Seri Ong Ka Ting.

2.0 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATI0N
PSDC was preparing a proposal to enhance Service Tax collection for the Budget Dialogue 2004 and had invited. PAM to give comments. PAM to obtain the paper presented by Dato' Ar Haji Esa. for PSDC during the budget dialogue.

3.0 DIALOGUE WITH MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT ON LOW-COST HOUSING
The President and Government Liaison Co-chair Mohd Shah Dato' Sanad attended the dialogue held on 13 May 2004. The paper distributed during the dialogue to address among others the mismatch of supply and demand in respect of location of the low-cost . houses is attached.

4.0 KL STRUCfURE PLAN BOARD OF ADVISORS MEETING
Ar Tan Pei Ing is the PAM representative on the Board of Advisors ort the Committee meetings called by the Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan to discuss on the Kuala Lumpur Structure PIan 2020. During the previous meeting, the Board had agreed that the Government could not keep on building low-cost houses. There should be a system whereby when the low-cost house owners had upgraded themselves, they would vacate and allow new qualified owners to occupy the houses.
