Ar Lim Teng Ngiom
|
He expressed his opinion of having the
practitioner's drawings endorsed by town planners as
ludicrous. His view is that the planning report is actually
a deceitful useless administrative device. He said even
the smallest of buildings also require town planners
endorsement, it is announced that the provisions of
the Town Planners Act has been clarified to enable architects
to also submit plans for D.O approval but it has not
happened in reality.
He further said that we are the only country that
experiences this requirement.
He hopes that the new Council can finally see the
end of this issue.

Ar Mohammad Shah is the person in charge
to champion the issue. He will identify the Local Authority
and approach (at the major cities) by next meeting. |
