Synopsis:
The Uniform Building By-Laws 1984 (UBBL) is a legislative code that prescribes and regulates the design and the construction of buildings in Malaysia. The UBBL also stipulates the role and responsibilities of the Principal Submitting Person. This CPD seminar will present an overview of the scope of the UBBL with the interpretations of selected parts and its’ practical applications in the designing of buildings by Architects. This seminar is primarily structured for Graduate Architects and Part 3 candidates.
