Responsibilities: -

• Establish office in Shanghai.
• Head office in Shanghai.
• Full range of professional responsibility from concept design to construction and project management.
• Familiarize with Chinese practices and regulations.
• Interface with local design institutes.
• Establish design standards and specifications for conventional and green building design.
• Run projects in association with an American project management company.
• Work with support from Malaysia office.
• Work in view of potential for future profit sharing and partnership.

Requirements: -

Qualifications

• Professional Architecture degree with emphasis on design and aesthetics.

Capabilities

• Strong design flair and skills.
• Good eye for graphics and layout presentation skill.
• Communication and good interpersonal skills; able to work co-operatively with all parties with minimum supervision.
• Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Have the frame of mind to be meticulous in checking and improving drawings.

• Ability to work independently; responsible, self-motivated person with a passion for participating in the creation of a more aesthetically pleasing environment.
