Job Description

The Institute is looking for an experienced executive assistant to support the Group COO with various secretarial duties. In this role, you will be managing the Group COO’s general secretarial duties, such as calendar management, travel arrangement, phone calls and emails. In addition, you will be responsible for handling senior-level documents, board meetings and presentations and projects. You will be given exposure to work with our senior management members in the company and in assisting with senior documents. While in the office, you will be working closely with other team members and in assisting with other administrative staff.
Key Requirement include;

  • Professionally trained and certified secretary/ a Degree in Business Administration.
  • 5 years of experience with administrative support, with a minimum of 2 years in supporting at the senior executive level.
  • Experience in working in investment banking, legal advisory or in the financial services industry will be highly regarded.
  • Exposure in preparing strategic reports, coordinating presentations, handles events and assisting with board meetings.
  • Positive attitude and be a strong team player in working in a team environment. The candidate should be a flexible individual being eager to help out around the office as well as with the ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and must have an excellent command of English.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
