Property Market 2017: Status Quo or Road to Recovery

Majority acknowledged that last year was a challenging year for the property market. Nonetheless, the results of the REHDA Property Industry Survey H2 2016 revealed some improvements in the number of launches and sales. What about the property market outlook and sentiments for the whole of 2017 then? Will the data gathered from the survey support experts’ views or give us surprises? Will the market continue to be on a downward trend or start to pick up?

In light of these concerns and mixed views, the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) Malaysia will be holding a forum titled ‘Property Market 2017 : Status Quo or Road to Recovery?’.

Be sure to join the half day property forum that is aimed to obtain the economist, banker as well as property experts’ perspectives on the current Malaysian property market and the possibilities it provides. It is also the right platform for industry players to discuss, share thoughts, ideas and insights as well as assess the current and future state of our property market.
