 Mission Statement

-

To coordinate, facilitate and advance the pursuit of excellence in architectural education in Malaysian institutions.

 

 

-

To educate the future architects (student/ graduate members of PAM) in preparing for professional practice and the building industry.

 

 

-

To coordinate and facilitate matters relating to architectural education with local, regional and international events and updates.

 

 

-

To act as liaison between PAM members and the Resource Centre.
    - To promote the utilisation of Resource Centre to PAM members and the public.
    - To advise the Resource Centre on the suitability of materials and services.
    - To ensure that the quality of resources and services of the Resource Centre is sustained.

To optimise PAM Education Fund (PEF) to help achieve education excellence: PAM Awards, PAM Travel Awards, PAM/ ARCASIA subsidies, Scholarships/ Study Grants.

To explore synergies between practice and academia: School Liaison Committee, joint academic journal, sharing experiences, CPD talks.

 

 

-

To prepare PAM Student / Graduate members towards professional career in the building industry by lecture series and tutorials, and LAM Part lll Examination.
