Certification under the PAM Contract 2006

Synopsis:
The Architect when administrating the contract will have to issue certificates as provided under different provisions of the Contract, as and when a certain stage of the work has been completed or achieved. The Architect has to exercise good judgement and fairness in issuing the certificates, as the certificates can only be issued under certain conditions and the issuance of the certificates carry certain implications, depending on the types of the certificates.
The speaker will elaborate on the various types of the certificates to be issued by the Architect under the PAM Contract 2006, and share his experience on matters relating to the certificates under the PAM Contract.
