1.0 ISO 9001: 2000 Implementation
An ISO 9000 Awareness Training was held on Wednesday 21 Apri120O4.

2.0 Proposed PAM Strategic Plan Workshop 2004
The Office Bearer has confirmed that the PAM Strategic Plan Workshop will be held on Thursday, 20 May 2004 to Sunday, 23 May 2004 at Janda Baile Seri Dinar Training Retreat.

3.0 Staffing at Secretariat
Tengku Nur Hernani, Receptionist/Information Officer resigned on 20 April 2004.

8 applicants were short listed. for interview for the positions of Project Officer and Receptionist /Information Officer. 2 applicants, Nik Rosnaha Nik Mustapa and Zuriani Ghazali, were offered the position of' Project Officer and Information Officer respectively. Both will report to work on 10 May 2004.

4.0 Alternate Saturday Off
Currently the total nwnber of Staff (including support staff and the 2 new staff) is 10. The alternate Saturday is to be on trial basis starting ttom May 2004. Staff will be divided into 2 groups based on the month to month schedule.

5.0 Facilities
3 units of aircond have been fixed in the Function Room.

6. PAM Gold Medal Award 2004
AI Azim Abdul Aziz nominated Dato' AI Hj Baharuddin Abu Kassim of Jurubena Bertiga International Sdn as the next recipient of Gold Medal Award. Hon. Secretary replied to AI Azim to request for the criterias to support his nomination.

7. Pusat Binaan Sdn Bhd (PBSB)
PBSB was still looking for an accounts personnel to replace Saliza as the person who was supposed to report duty has found another job.
S K Victor is still helping PAM with Membership activities.
