1 PAM Website

1.1 Banner Advertisements
A letter of invitation to Sponsorship /Online advertisement had been sent out to selected building industry firms, endeavouring to close new deal of sponsorship on PAM's website.

1.2 E-Recruitment
The committee is looking into making the e-recruitment section a free listing to all members to increase traffic to the PAM website.

1.3 Architects Malaysia on PAM Website
The committee decided to publish the preview of Architecture Malaysia based on three features such as the editorial section, contents section and the front cover. The electronic version of Berita Akitek is to be archived at the PAM website for easy retrieval.
ACTION: For information

1.4 Resources
Chairman will write to seminar speakers asking to publish their papers on PAM's Website. The Committee also decided to publish the submission procedures to DBKL as a start. Other resources such as the PAM Awards section is continually being developed.

2.1 IT Articles for Architecture Malaysia
The Chairman encouraged committee members for their contribution.

3. PAM Secretariat IT Matters

3.1 PAM Internet Policy
A next meeting with web and you, a website developer will be arranged in December to negotiate further in response of their preliminary proposal.The outcome will be presented to the Council for their deliberation.

4. CAD File Naming & Layer Naming Conventions

4.1 The committee will try to promote the CAD Standard that has been developed in previous two meetings by publishing it in Berita Akitek.
ACTION: For information

5. Other Matters

5.1 Networking of PAM Secretariat
The committee had received a proposal by ECS KU Sdn Bhd and in the meantime, a networking study had been done by them in the Secretariat. Anyway, the Committee will still open for vendors to propose the networking job in the Secretariat, the most prudent one shall be preferred.
